Please ensure you have a completed registration form (individual participant) or booking form (organisation) in place for your event.

1. Cancellation or postponement by participant / organisation

  • Cancellation more than 12 weeks before the start date of the event: Full refund or credit (if paid for by time of cancellation)
  • Cancellation 2-12 weeks before the start date of the event: Full refund or credit minus any travel, accommodation, or other charges incurred by the organiser (if paid for by time of cancellation) / payment required for any travel, accommodation, or other charges incurred by the organiser (if not paid for by time of cancellation).

·         Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start date of the event: 50% refund (if paid for by time of cancellation).

  • Non-attendance without notification: No refund or credit.
  • Postponement:  Acceptance of postponement to a later date is subject to availability.  If an acceptable postponement date cannot be reached, the postponement shall be treated as a cancellation with the remedy outlined above dependent on when the postponement request occurs in relation to the start date of the event.

2. Exceptions

  • Medical emergencies, bereavement, or other extenuating circumstances may be considered for exceptions to the above in paragraph 1, at STRmix’s sole discretion.

  • In the unlikely event a workshop is cancelled or postponed by STRmix, participants will be notified at least 2 weeks in advance of the start date and offered:
    • A spot in, or date for the rescheduled event, or
    • A full refund or credit.
